WEDNESDAYS @ THE ALBANY, MONTPELIER
Complete Beginner Aerial SILKS : 530pm – 7pm
A small class teaching the very basics of silks vocabulary, and helping you to gain the strength and technique required for this beautiful art form.
IMPROVERS Aerial Silks: 7 – 830pm
A bigger class where you should already be comfortable with basics climbs and locks, and developing strength for inversions, drops and sequences.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED Aerial Silks: 830-10pm
A small class with rigorous technique and conditioning exercises, new challenges and plenty of new material to learn.
