Aerial hoop is a visually engaging aerial apparatus, and is used to frame the performer as she dancer through space. An exciting alternative to static trapeze, and combines a wide range of movement possibilities when combined with spinning, swinging and circling through space.

Technical requirements vary, and hoop is very adaptable. Static hoop can be performed in very low venues, where other aerial kit cannot. However, a counterweighted or swinging act will fill a large venue with dynamic swings and travelling sequences.
