Aerial Silks Class
Suitable for Beginners/Improvers through to Intermediate/Advanced.

Each class includes warmup and conditioning exercises that you can learn and practise at home. We will learn a whole range of basic to advanced poses and moves, with an emphasis on links and transitions, and then build towards dynamic drops and catches for those who are at a more advanced level. Students are encouraged to book a block of classes, but you are also welcome to join us on a drop-in basis. Each student will be assisted in creating their own unique aerial routine, and have developed their strength, flexibility and movement quality.
